PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We're looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and support the delivery of standout design across live events, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a multidisciplinary designer experienced in both print and digital media who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Design & Artwork

• Translate briefs into visually compelling, brand-aligned creative concepts

• Deliver high-quality visuals across print, digital, branding, and environmental graphics

• Design pitch decks, presentations, signage, merchandise, websites, and large format materials

• Ensure all artwork is print-ready, accurate, and compliant with brand standards

• Work across multiple client brands, maintaining consistency and creativity

Project & Team Collaboration

• Assist with creative resourcing and weekly project scheduling

• Oversee and review work of junior designers and freelancers

• Collaborate with events, marketing, and sales teams to deliver engaging creative solutions

• Contribute to creative planning meetings and internal reviews

Pitch & Proposal Development

• Create visually impactful proposal decks tailored to specific client briefs

• Support brainstorming and ideation sessions to inject fresh, strategic thinking

• Help shape the visual tone of new business pitches alongside key stakeholders

Onsite & Operational Support

• Attend live events to ensure design is delivered to a high standard onsite

• Liaise with suppliers for print and production needs

• Contribute to post-event reviews and process improvements

Marketing & Internal Support

• Partner with the marketing team to design internal and external collateral

• Maintain internal communications and branding materials to a high visual standard

• Support the design of promotional campaigns and company initiatives

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years’ experience in a design/creative role, ideally within events or agency environment.

• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking and polished execution

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Keynote

• Excellent knowledge of print processes, formats, and materials

• Strong multitasking ability with a detail-driven approach.

• Experience leading junior team members and freelancers.

• Confident communicator and organised project collaborator

• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.

• Flexible working hours, including evenings/weekends as needed
